Wow, two mediocre comedians for the price of one. I can hardly wait to be unimpressed.

GEORGE LOPEZ IS A TALENTLESS USER AND IS WELL KNOWN FOR USING COCAINE ON THE SET DURING THE TAPING OF THE SHOW.

"O'Brien will appear on the Mexican-American's show 'Lopez Tonight,' and Lopez will appear on 'Conan' this Thursday."
It's interesting that you would not say "... and Lopez will appear on the Irish-American's show 'Conan'.

I was just going to say this exact thing. Why does the media always have to single out the ethnicities of minorities? But it doesn't surprise me because George Lopez's whole career is based off him being Mexican. If he had to do a comedy tour or a monologue on his show without using an exaggerated Mexican accent or bring up Mexicans in some way, he wouldn't be able to get through 1 minute..he sucks.
And how is this "history" exactly? Two crappy comedians will swap places...wooooow.

I didn't read the comments before I replied, but I just said almost the exact same thing you did. Great minds think alike!

I seem to remember that Letterman appeared on The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson. Then, Carson was on Late Night with David Letterman that same evening.
Letterman had taken Late Night to Los Angeles (or should I say Burbank, where NBC is located) for a week. Johnny taped his show at 5:30 PT, and Letterman taped at 6:30 PT.
And I seem to remember that both were wearing similar attire, blue blazers with white shirts and gray trousers. Except Dave was wearing sneakers. Johnny was wearing dress shoes.

I was just thinking the same! Why does it matter that Lopez is "Mexican-American"? It has nothing to do with the story.
