A hard-nosed journalist asks the difficult questions that interview subjects are uncomfortable answering. But the interviewer seldom expects the subject to walk out before answering the question. That's exactly what Marc Anthony did during what was apparently a stellar interview, up until that point.
The interview, for Univision's morning show "Despierta America," went in-depth about the Grammy award winning singer and actor's expansive career, in which he's sold more than 30 million records worldwide. Apparently, the interview went a bit too in-depth.
When asked repeated questions about the recent court ruling making a sex tape public of his star wife, Jennifer Lopez, and her ex-husband, former South Beach waiter Ojani Noa, the visibly uncomfortable Anthony, who attempted to skirt the questions numerous times by gesturing and responding with "next question," abruptly ended the interview.
Lopez's marriage to Noa, which was little more than a footnote lasting a year, produced a sex tape on their honeymoon in 1997. The tape has since been the bane of Lopez's existence, and legal attempts at blocking its release had been successful. That is, until now.
A Los Angeles judge ruled that Lopez could not block the sale of the sex tape, although a Los Angeles County Superior Court judge has granted a temporary restraining order against Noa's current wife, Claudia Vazquez, who allegedly owns the tape. According to published reports, Lopez must sign off on the sale of the tape. We're pretty sure she's lost her pen.
And as for Marc Anthony's thoughts on the ordeal, as he clearly suggested by his hasty departure from the "Despierta America" interview, we don't "need to know."
How many times must someone being interviewed request the interviewer to move on to the next question before the interviewer get's it? Good for Marc Anthony. He did what any respectable human being would do in the same circumstance.
Wow, I thought No One was going to address the issue (other than language). I agree. Marc Anthony & J-Lo seem to have a good marriage. A tape that was made "privately" with her former husband should stay that way....to release it for $$$ just shows what a creep he must really be.
GOOD FOR HIM~! i Wish more people would do that. Maybe then we wouldn't have to look at that garbage on the front of gossip mags in the supermarkets. I dont care who does what in their own bedroom. We are pathetic to want to read this trash.. Leave these people alone~!!
Yes; it's in poor taste to repeatedly ask a man about his wife with another man. You lose favor and respect. Let...it...go! I could care less about Jen, but I love Marc!

Yes they were rude and in poor taste. That was in her past life and everyone should let sleeping dogs lay.
