Paulina Rubio, family take Spanish jaunt before her court date in Miami arrest
Although her court hearing is coming up on charges stemming from an
auto accident and subsequent arrest in Miami, embattled Paulina Rubio decided on a summer jaunt beforehand in Madrid with her son, Andrea Nicolas and her husband, Nicolas 'Colate' Vallejo Najera.
After the arrest just a month ago, in which Rubio caused quite a stir with Miami Beach police, allegedly verbally assaulting the officers numerous times at the scene of the accident for which she was not at fault, the Mexican singer retreated to the Spanish capitol. With her family in tow, Rubio dined at exclusive restaurants and dropped some cash for her son at the high-end children's boutique Neck & Neck.
Rubio was cited in the June 25 accident, in which her vehicle was struck, but it wasn't because of the accident itself. After being asked by officers four times to move from the main road to a gas station to avert a tie-up in an area known for high traffic, the singer simply would not cooperate with Miami Beach Police. The scene forced the officer who first arrived at the accident to call for backup. Rubio, who verbally assaulted the second officer on the scene as well, yelling profanities and threatening legal action for their "abuse," was eventually handcuffed,
arrested and detained in a police cruiser for an hour.
After calming down, the singer apologized to the officers, but not before the cops leveled misdemeanor charges against Rubio, who would've been taken to jail had she not informed the officers of her need to breastfeed her son. Her arrest was suspended on the spot.
AOL Latino later reported that she was having issues leaving the country on her planned Spanish vacation because of the pending charges against her. Her appearance in Miami traffic court is scheduled for August.

She was the victim of an auto accident and did nothing wrong but did not comply with a cop to get out of her car and move to the sidewalk and was hancuffed and arrested... I am 44 and our country sounds like what we were told Communist germany or communist russia were like back then. We go to jail if we can't prove we should not be there..the cops and government are like the worlds biggest most powerful gang. No more innocent until proven guilty. We are the most jailed society in history BY FAR!!! And the govt has everyone so brainwashed and beat down they defend this and think it is normal and o.k.

Won't you grow up. at least she was trying to get home to fed her baby. yes she should of not been hurring and give her self more time. but we dont know all details on what happeed. so you cant judge someone unless you have all info. she might of been working and her boss made her late.
