Hispanic heritage month is a joke. Hispanics are just a name for all the peope that were forced to learn spanish by the explorers from spain in Europe. Spaniards are considered white however hispanics and latinos are NOT ! Most hispanics are bi-racial except for the ones coming right of central and south America these days and invading America as illegal aliens.
