Sofia Vergara has one of the most admired and enviable bodies in the world. But despite that well-known fact, she was urged at one time to get a breast reduction. Yes, we couldn't believe it either.
The 'Modern Family' star and entrepreneur, who has become the United States' new Latina IT girl, says that at one point she actually felt uncomfortable with her 34DD breasts.
She tells Health magazine that she was urged to consider breast reduction to further her career.
"When I moved to America, I was more voluptuous, and I felt a little different," she tells the December issue of Health. "My publicist [at the time] told me, "I think you should just reduce your boobs because nobody's going to take you seriously here."
The comic natural and undeniable beauty says that she still has her insecurities.
"Not everybody's confident their whole life. For a long time, I thought that my boobs were too big. I was, like, 14 years old, and I already had these huge boobs. I was very skinny also," she explains. "And now that I'm almost 40, we always have our insecurities as women. We're never happy!"
Thankfully for us, the Colombian beauty has had a change of heart, recognizing that being a shapely Latina is a beautiful thing. We'll let her tell you, though.
"I'm a Latin woman: I'm voluptuous, I'm loud, I'm exactly what a Latin woman is," she tells Health. "I prefer to be called that than, 'You're boring; you have a flat ass!'"

Anyone with insecurities about their body shouldn't get into that profession. It just spells trouble. Too much emphasis is placed on the female body, anyway.
This is a crude comment. I know the article focuses upon her being warned that an aspect of her body could limit her career in America. But this is a whole person with a mind, heart, and spirit along with a body. You're rating and evaluating the size of her body parts on the world-wide Internet, and in doing so, disassociating completely her sexual body parts from the rest of her being.
This is schoolboy talk. Please grow up and learn how to treat people. More importantly, please learn how to think of people as whole human beings. I would never publicly evaluate and comment on the size of your "package" if a photo of you was on the Internet. That's just crass and coarse and demeaning.
Wow. First we have the Occupy morons who seek to tell people that there is such a thing as becoming too much of a success, and that those who were too lazy or stupid to accomplish their own success must now steal yours. NOW it seems that you can be TOO BEAUTIFUL as well. God gifted Sofia with a wonderful, beautiful body and person and now she's apparently too blessed for her own good-after all, those who aren't as attractive as her may ostracize her and impede her acceptance. Wow. Never in America, the land of limitless opportunity, did I think it would be possible to be TOO beautiful and TOO successful for your own good...

Wow, extrapolating OWS with Vergara is a stretch at best, but mixing politics and breasts... a cliche that is rampant in Cain philosophy... LOL.
