Pitbull, Enrique Iglesias among this year's Premio Lo Nuestro winners

The best of Latin music's biggest night put some of its biggest talent on display tonight for Univision's ninth annual Premio Lo Nuestro Awards.
Latinos showed crossover appeal tonight mixing with some of the United States' most revered music impresarios, while keeping the mood decidedly our own.
And there was cleavage -- lots of it -- on the red carpet.
Pitbull and Chris Brown took us in flight as captains on a of their own jet, roaring through a performance of performance of 'International Love,' complete with a very sexy choreographed number in which the captain -- Chris Brown -- and his co-pilot, Pitbull, had the audience onboard for a performance that clearly showed why both are admirals, and why "Mr. Worldwide" Pitbull has built such a huge following.
Pitbull would pick up Album of the Year for 'Armando,' up against such heavyweights as Wisin & Yandel, and Artist of the Year, against Wisin & Yandel,
Daddy Yankee and
Don Omar.

Enrique Iglesias beat out Puerto Rican rivals
Ricky Martin and Chayanne for Best Male Artist and also delivered an emotional tribute to veteran Spanish-language television personality Don Francisco. A fitting tribute to the host of the longest-running TV variety show in the world with more than 50 years in broadcast. Don Francisco received the Special Career Achievement Award for his work in broadcast.
In 2011, Iglesias took the stage with one of his heroes Dominican pop icon Juan Luis Guerra to perform 'Cuando Me Enamoro' (When I Fall in Love), delivering one of that year's most memorable performances.
Paulina Rubio was another highlight of the longest-running Hispanic awards show. She premiered her new single 'Me Voy' (I'm Leaving) for fans, along with Mexican musician and composer Espinoza Paz, one of Mexico's most popular singer-songwriters. The performance was the first time the duet was performed for a televised audience. Rubio was not nominated for any awards this year.
For some unknown reason, Premio Lo Nuestro has a tendency of bringing with it some of the sexiest women in the world to saunter along the red carpet. This year was no different, with a special emphasis on, well, cleavage.
Among the most noticed of the night were Alicia Machado, Blanca Soto and Alejandra Guzman, who won an award for Alternative Rock Song of the Year with 'Dia de Suerte' (Good Luck Day). She was also nominated for Alternative Rock Album of the Year, along with Zoe, Juanes and the winners, Maná.
No awards show is complete without its glitches, and this year's was not only scary but truly embarrassing. In the middle of a duet performance by Chino & Nacho, Nacho was left hanging from a crane, unable to lower himself.
"It was quite a terrifying experience to be left hanging up there," Nacho later said.
But such is the driving spirit of the entertainers on hand that Nacho said it best about the unfortunate accident.
"We weren't going to stop [the show] because of that."
And what a dazzling night it was.
